Your insurance may cover these costs depending on your specific carrier. However, Most insurances do cover this procedure or part of the cost. Please contact your insurance carrier and our office for details regarding plan benefits. Insurance is verified and pre-authorization is obtained prior to the procedure.
2. Do you accept state insurance?
State insurance (Medicaid) has not covered treatment in our experience.
3. Do you accept military Tricare care insurance?
We have not had coverage provided by military Tricare insurance.
4. Does Medicare cover some or all of the procedure?
Medicare coverage is not available for treatment.
