Initial Deposit (non-refundable)

A $1000 deposit is required before your confirmed appointment. This is for the benefit of all of our patients and helps avoid cancellations and delays in other patients’ care. Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you need to re-schedule your procedure with us, your $1000 deposit is applied to your future appointment.

Procedure: Venogram & Angioplasty $8,000

A 2% online service fee will be charged for these payments at checkout.*

The remaining balance of your charges should be made prior to your appointments in Southern California. For patients who are not having an MRI/MRV at our center, the balance will be $7000. For patients who are obtaining imaging with us, the balance will be $7000 for the procedure plus $2500 for the Haacke MRI/MRV ($9500 total).

Imaging Only

A 2% online service fee will be charged for this payment at checkout.*

For patients who are obtaining only the Haacke MRI/MRV at our center, this charge is due prior to your appointment.

* Please note the 2% online service charge required for these payments. We also accept cashiers checks and bank checks in US dollars at the time of your consultation without a service charge. Non USD checks will be assessed an exchange rate charge.
